Ordering & Shipping Information

Our primary preferred method of ordering is through our "shopping cart" that is accessible easily through our store. Our cart connects to PayPal, where you can pay via credit card. You do not have to use your PayPal account to make a purchase. To do this, merely enter your email address on the first page of the check-out under "other information" and click "continue" at the bottom-right of the page. This will take you to the secure credit card check-out. It is still within PayPal, but only as a banking credit card processor, your PayPal account should not be accessed if you did not enter your information in the top portion of the first page. PayPal may ask you to log in on other pages and your computer may automatically fill in your log in information. If It does just delete it before moving on to the next page.

Please send check / money order to Artistic Outpost, PO Box 382897 Germantown, TN 38183-2897. Be sure to include $5.15 for shipping in US for purchases under $50, and add 9.25% for tax if you are in Tennessee.

Shipping Information We are committed to providing the highest quality , lowest cost shipping services possible. Our vendor of choice is the United States Postal Service (USPS). International rates are based on "stamp plate" or "flat" purchases only that can be mailed in an envelope. If you order other goods there could be a change in what you are charged for shipping. We will still offer free shipping for orders of $50 in the US and $250 internationally for retail purchases.
